Payment Policy

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We offer secure and convenient payment options for all customers:

Online Payments (Recommended)

✔ Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
✔ Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Mobikwik, etc.)
✔ EMI options (if available via payment gateway)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pincodes.
Additional COD charges may apply depending on courier partner.

2. PAYMENT SECURITY

All online payments are processed securely through trusted and PCI-DSS-certified payment gateways.

Your card or UPI details are never stored on our servers.

Sensitive information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL protection.

You can shop with 100% confidence and safety on our website.

3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp.

If payment fails but the amount is deducted, the bank or payment gateway will automatically refund the amount within 3–7 working days.

If you do not receive confirmation, you can contact our support team.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS

COD orders may require mobile number verification.

Multiple COD refusals may lead to blocking of COD services for your account.

Courier partners may contact you before delivery.

COD charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

5. PAYMENT FAILURE / DOUBLE PAYMENT

If your payment fails due to:

Bank server issues

Gateway errors

Internet disconnection

Please retry after some time.

If the amount is deducted twice or incorrectly charged:

The extra amount will be refunded by your bank/payment gateway automatically within 3–7 business days.

Little Decor is not liable for delays caused by the bank’s internal processing.

6. FRAUD PREVENTION & RISK CHECKS

For security reasons, your order may undergo additional checks such as:

Address verification

Phone number validation

High-value order confirmation

Fraud risk assessment

We reserve the right to cancel orders that fail verification.

Refunds will be processed in such cases.

7. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If your order is cancelled by you or by us:

Prepaid orders will receive a refund to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days

COD orders will not receive any refund unless the payment was collected by mistake

8. PRICING & CHARGES

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

If GST is not included, it will be added during checkout.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

No hidden fees are charged at any stage.

9. PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you face any issue related to:

Incorrect charges

Failed transactions

Double charges

Payment deductions

Please reach out to us immediately with the following:

Payment screenshot

Bank reference number

We will coordinate with the payment gateway to resolve it quickly.
